Among the multitude of things we miss about the most recent administration we acknowledge is Michelle Obama's knack for pulling off a fire 'fit!

During the time in which she served as the most educated FLOTUS ever, Michelle used fashion as a tool to bring attention to budding creatives simply by dressing in their garments. By wearing some relatively smaller labels on a global stage, she was able to amplify designers' profiles to an international level, fostering subsequent success and notoriety for emerging designers that would outlast her time in office.

With yesterday's appearance on The Ellen Show, Michelle's chic look doubled down on the stylish themes that guided her FLOTUS wardrobe: namely elegance and simplicity.

While sitting down with one of her favorite jokesters, Michelle rocked a Tom Ford cashmere and silk top ($1,490), Roland Mouret trousers ($1,365) and Jimmy Choo pumps. Though Chelle no longer resides at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, we have no doubt she's made a personal commitment to follow through with her "Let's Move!" initiative judging by that toned bod! Go off!!
