Queen raptress Nicki Minaj and hip-hop’s favorite trollmaster Tekashi6ix9ine have fostered quite the relationship since the release of their now-gold certified “FEFE” banger, a relationship that the Brooklyn rapper is hilariously using to pester many of the drooling men lining up at Nicki’s door.
Inadvertently perhaps, she provided him the perfect ammo to achieve his trolling goals on Monday (August 6) when she posted a voice note she’d sent him to Instagram. The 18-second audio recording brought awe to the Barbs who got a chance to listen to an entire different side of the head Barb in charge, reminiscent of the voicemail she left for Kanye West. But for her “FEFE” collaborator, it’s bringing back memories tucked away somewhere in those ridiculous troll delusions of his.

6ix9ine posted a celebratory announcement with some shade to the haters, boasting that he’s already got another gold plaque without even one year in the music industry under his belt.

The “Chun-Li” artist discussed the birth of the record in the Instagram post, revealing that her and 6ix9ine spoke on the phone just five minutes before she sent him the verse in a voice memo recording from her mobile. He lightly poked at her by making fun of her voice in the audio clip, which sounded a little raspy. She can explain, though.
“I was literally in bed half sleep!” she admitted. “Smh, I was inspired tho cuz it reminded me of a song I did with GUCCI years ago.” Nick was referring to Gucci Mane’s Slumber Party track in 2009 when she was fresh on the scene, and is arguably one of her best collabo verses with the East Atlanta Santa. Similar to her efficiency in penning the “FEFE” verse, Nicki has Gucci to thank for learning how to whip up bars on a deadline. “Gucci made me write that verse in 15 mins cuz he said he only had money for 2 hours of studio time & we both had to write and record.”

6ix9ine’s crush on Nicki was…well, crushed… after Nicki posted a video with her Young Money labelmate giggling over a “FEFE” comment. “And our relationship ended today,” he wrote. “I’m back to backpage.” He then ordered his fans over to Nicki’s Instagram to tell her that “6ix9ine don’t wanna be with you no more.” That might explain why Nicki clicked off the comments on the post before too many of his trolls could go attacking the post.
All in good, friendly “FEFE” fun, though.
