50 Cent Walks Out Of Interview After This Question About French Montana

“I can't believe you would say these things about me. Peace my brother. Do not allow my inner peace to disturb your inner demon.”

It appears the sage between 50 Cent and French Montana hasn’t ended as soon as fans figured it would.

  • The men’s public feud first began back during the 2019 holiday season after the G-Unit leader took some jabs at French over a Bugatti that he shared on Instagram. One clap back from French later, and it soon broiled over into an all-out verbal war and social media spectacle between the two.

  • Things had seemingly cooled down at the top of the new year — up until rumors surfaced in February that the two had reportedly gotten into a physical altercation after crossing paths at a Miami club where Fif was hosting. French dispelled the rumors, taking to Instagram where he posted a video sharing his side of the story.
“Tell people the real story,” French said. “I went to the club you [were] hosting. You heard I was coming [and] you walked out the back. You [were] in the car. I wish you would touch me.”

  • Meanwhile, Fifty has yet to respond to the rumors. The media mogul has been making promotional rounds ahead of the premiere of his new television show, For Life, which will air on ABC. But on Monday (Feb. 5), Fifty sat down with Speedy from Complex News where he chopped it up about the new small screen venture, Eminem turning down an $8 million movie deal, and emerging Compton rap star Roddy Ricch breaking his Billboard record.

As the interview wound down, things got awkward when Speedy brought up his dispute with French. When asked if there was any truth to rumors that he had punched French, Fif told him, “There’s no truth to that.”

  • “Would I do a thing like that?” Fif posed to Speedy, who responded he “wouldn’t put it past” the G-Unit honcho. Fif seemingly had enough of the conversation and promptly exited the interview. “Why would you think that way? Would you think that Will Smith would do that?" Fif asked as he got up and removed his microphone. “I can't believe you would say these things about me. Peace my brother. Do not allow my inner peace to disturb your inner demon.”

Anyone who really knows Fif knows the abrupt walk-off could have been one of two things: a trolling opportunity or a simple diversion away from the topic. Nonetheless, it’s safe to say fans will still be left wondering what actually went down between the two.
