The Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete is one of the most highly anticipated films of the fall, boasting an all-star cast including Anthony Mackie, Jennifer Hudson, Jeffrey Wright and Jordin Sparks.
The film, directed by George Tillman Jr. (Notorious, Soul Food) and featuring music by Alicia Keys, is the coming-of-age story of two inner-city kids separated from their mothers for a summer and was a hit at this year's Sundance Film Festival.
