Brittany Renner Sparks Engagement Buzz with Kevin Gates at ‘Basketball Wives’ Premiere
Brittany Renner and Kevin Gates appear to have taken a major step in their relationship.
Over the weekend, the social media personality shared a series of photos on her Instagram account from the “Basketball Wives” Season 12 premiere party. Dressed in a green ensemble alongside the rapper in a black tuxedo, Renner prominently showed off a large diamond ring on her left hand in one of the photos, quickly catching the attention of her online followers.
Renner further fueled longtime speculation of their engagement, after referring to Gares as her “huzband,” writing: “‘You don’t fit on this show and that’s why you’re a fit for this show.’ Last night at the #BasketballWives Season 12 premiere party with my huzband” before encouraging fans to tune into the new season of the VH1 reality series, set to premiere Monday, May 5, at 8/7c.
The post was soundtracked by Gates’ latest single, “Hard For Pt. 2,” a romantic, country-inspired follow-up to previous releases, including “Life In You,” a track believed to be dedicated to Renner.
Although neither Gates nor Renner has issued an official statement confirming their engagement or marital status, fans have already flooded her comment section with congratulatory remarks, including one user who wrote, “Yasss show us the ring baby girl! Yo huzband did great!”
Another person commented, “You look so beautiful fren so happy for you,” adding, “So sad I couldn’t make it .. wishing you all the best always.”
