According to the Springfield News Sun, Bradly Baugh was only hired two months ago and his time at the Springfield fire department will be short-lived after sharing a meme reading: “N****s dropout of school & get a job at McDonald’s talking bout ‘On My Grind’ Yeah, okay, GRIND me up a Oreo Mcflurry with yo dumbass.”

Not only is the meme racist because of its language but it insinuates that all high school dropouts and McDonalds workers are failures and incapable of building toward a positive and successful life.

Springfield City Manager Jim Bodenmiller notified Baugh that the reason he was terminated stemmed from the FB post. Bodenmiller also released a statement regarding the firing.

“The racially insensitive post that you shared in a public forum undermines the integrity and values of the city of Springfield and the fire/rescue division, and directly impact our ability to effectively serve the community,” he said.

Bradly’s now out of a job. Oh, the irony.
