One of the most recognizable faces of reality TV is looking a little, well, different these days. One of the Real Housewives of Atlanta cast members is facing renewed speculation that she's gone under the knife.
Fan favorite NeNe Leakes hasn't been shy about admitting to a little nip and tuck here and there, but now it seems she's let the desire for "perfection" go to her head — specifically, to her nose.

NeNe appeared on Access Hollywood last night sporting a drastic new contour on her face, and folks are speculating it took more than just makeup to achieve it. 
"NeNe appears to have undergone nasal reshaping," a board certified surgeon, who did not treat the reality star, tells Page Six. "She has likely had the hump removed and the nasal tip lifted and narrowed."

The changes haven't been lost on her social media followers, either. "I liked your nose before," one person wrote, while another rudely added that it looks like she had a "filler nose job."
