Akon doesn't agree with will.i.am.

As previously reported, will, who worked on songs with Michael Jackson before the singer's death, doesn't think, "Michael," the gloved one's posthumous album, should be released.

Kon, who's featured on the first single off the LP, "Hold My Hand," doesn't see it that way. TMZ recently caught up with the singer and got his side of the story.

You know, he got his peoples taking care of it. We all did records that we actually worked on together on the album. These records would have came out whether he's alive or dead.
