A$AP Rocky Hits Back at Ex-Manager's Lawsuit
A$AP Rocky filed a counter lawsuit against the former manager suing him for breach of contract, reports The Jasmine Brand. Geno Smith sued Rocky this past summer claiming the Harlem native owes him $800,000 in back pay, and is contractually obligated to give him 15 percent commission from business deals.

Rocky turned the tables in his lawsuit, reportedly filed earlier in the month. According to the “Everyday” rapper, he hired Smith in 2011 and brought on a second manager as his career began to take off.
The managers were splitting commission after Smith’s contract was renegotiated, though he was later fired. Rocky asserts that Smith was paid in full and barred from receiving further compensation from the A$AP Mob member.
Rocky asserts that he paid Smith before terminating his job last year, and wants a court order to officially void their contract. The 27-year-old recording artist also accuses Smith of exposing his financial and personal business.
