Aaron Hernandez’s Former Fiancée Gave Birth To A Baby Girl And Revealed The Father

Here’s whose name is on the birth certificate.

Fourteen months after the suicide of Aaron Hernandez death, his former fiancée Shayanna Jenkins, has given birth to a baby girl. Although some believed Hernandez still fathered the children with frozen sperm, reports say the real baby daddy is a former college teammate of the late New England Patriots' tight end.

According to TMZ, Jenkins welcomed her baby daughter on June 16 with amateur boxer Dino Guilmette. Shortly after Jenkins first announced her pregnancy, Guilmette confirmed he was the biological father.

"I'm going to have my hands full but I'm happy about it," Guilmette told Radar Online. "I'm excited. It's my daughter. She will have two sisters. I have another daughter from a previous relationship and then there's Shayanna's daughter with Aaron. It's very exciting."

Both Hernandez and Guilmette played football at the University of Florida. In addition to speaking on his excitement for the new baby, Guilmette opened up about the constant struggles Hernandez suffered.

"Aaron had demons; we all know that," he told Radar Online. "But he really was devoted to his daughter. Boy, did he love her. I think he’d be very glad to know that she was going to have a little sister."

Shayanna, who has 5-year-old daughter, Avielle, with Hernandez, announced her pregnancy on Instagram just a month before giving birth.

Jenkins’ new baby comes after her late fiancée committed suicide while in prison for the murder of Odin Lloyd. After his death, medical officials revealed Hernandez suffered from severe brain damage and was diagnosed with Stage 3 CTE (chronic traumatic encephalopathy).
