  • “Over”

Sampling Musiq Soulchild's "Halfcrazy," Daye glided on his track "Over" with ease. With lyrics like: "Every time we link up, it’s only us there, we’re thinking will we get there?/ Is it wrong, is it right? You know that I miss you, but I be getting mixed signals/ Why you slow down? Don’t stop this green light" Daye's charisma and charm is easily shown. The accompanying visual "Over" features Jordyn Woods as his leading lady which truly ties the track altogether.

  • “Apply Pressure”

On the deluxe project of his Grammy-nominated Candydrip album, this slightly uptempo track is led with a catchy chorus is bound to have you locked in.

  • “Fade Away”

This song is heard in the Issa Rae and Lakeith Stanfield film The Photograph. Feeling like you've been dropped off into the  70s soul era, "Fade Away," Daye  uses the track to figure out his uncertainty about a relationship and how far the love story it will actually go. "Is it cruel of me / To pretend that I can't see / When I pass you by?" he questions on the song's bridge. "Is it wrong to me / To feel the same thing but not know why?"

  • “Roll Some Mo”

Off his 2019 Grammy-nominated debut album Painted as his debut single "Roll Some Mo" shows off Daye's explosive yet dynamic creativity as an artist and was the perfect opening act for what the R&B crooner had in store for his fans.

  • “On Read”

This single might hit a little close to home for some listeners, "On Read" featuring Tiana Major9, is about exactly what it says when it comes to sending a few texts to love interests and being left with no response. The stinging track comes off Daye's 2021 EP Table For Two and is ironically just right appetizer for the project.
