Charlamagne Tha God Shuts Down Rumors About Remy Ma Replacing Angela Yee As New Co-Host

Angela Yee stepped down from the popular radio show to launch her own talk show

Charlamagne Tha God cleared up rumors about Remy Ma becoming the new co-host in an interview with Doechii during their Breakfast Club interview on Monday (September 26).

The “Persuasive” musician asked about Angela Yee’s whereabouts, to which the Hell Of A Week host responded and shared his former co-host was in Chicago before letting the rapper know Yee has own her show.

“She got her show; she comes on right after us [so] it’s like a spin-off,” he said.

After Doechii shared a rumor, claiming she heard Remy Ma was set to become the co-host, to which Charlamagne shut down.

No, that’s not true,” he said.

“That’s a random rumor.”

While no announcement has been made about who will fill in the void, Charlamagne did share with Madame Noire they are looking to “bring in” new members.

“So that club has to expand, and we’re bringing in new members,” he told the publication.

“So if people are wondering, will there be new members in The Breakfast Club? Yes. I don’t think it’s gonna be one person. It might be two.”
