Ciara will soon face off against her baby’s daddy in court, and apparently things may get a little testy.

The singer, now engaged to Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, is returning to court and informed the judge that she’ll be grilling Future under oath, according to TheJasmineBRAND.

The questioning will be during a deposition next week, which both are required to attend. Ciara filed suit in a Georgia court against the Atlanta rapper in January. He then counter-sued in April claiming some of the same things she he said about her are being said about him, including the notion that he’s not a good father.

The two gave birth to Baby Future in 2014 and ended their relationship months later in September of that year. Ciara asked for the state’s assistance after she claims numerous attempts to arrange custody, child support and visitation rights with Future had failed.
