Terrence J Escapes Robbery Attempt Near His Home

The actor got away from four armed men.

Terrence J was reportedly able to dodge a robbery attempt near his home in Sherman Oaks, California early Wednesday (November 10), according to officials.

KTLA reports the incident happened at around 3 a.m. as two people in a vehicle pulled up to a driveway in the neighborhood. Two victims in the vehicle then noticed another vehicle beyond them.

Los Angeles Police Department Officer Lizeth Lomeli told the news station that four armed men got out of the vehicle and ordered the victims to get out of their car. The victims subsequently refused and drove off but were then followed and fired at, however no injuries were sustained.

The suspects then left the area in an unknown direction, according to KTLA.

Officials confirmed to the news station that Terrence J, real name Terrence Jenkins, was one of the victims.

Terrence J is known for his roles in the movies Think Like A Man and The Perfect Match and has hosted shows on BET and E!
