Nas and Kelis are officially divorced. According to TMZ.com, the celebrity couple concluded their five-year marriage last Friday (May 21).

Kelis, who was seven months pregnant at the time, filed for the separation back in April of 2009, claiming irreconcilable differences. Since the announcement, Kelis has been extremely vocal in her issues with Nas, while the Queensbridge poet has remained mum.

In addition to the divorce, the judge has ordered Nas to pay Kelis about $10K a month for spousal support in addition to $44,000 in child support. Nas, however, has claimed he cannot afford the steep amount, revealing his income is "substantially less than that amount.

Neither Nas nor Kelis has released any statement addressing the divorce.
