  • On a phone call with The Blast from behind bars, Suge explained that Ray J, whom he dearly considers a "little brother, "will simply be holding down Death Row Records on the music front and overseeing any new music coming out from the label. The rights to his story lie solely with his fiancée, Toi-Lin Kelly, who will handle any and all projects related to Suge’s story.

  • Although Suge did reveal that he’s tapped Nick Cannon, “the most realest guy in the business today,” to be in charge of writing and publishing a book detailing his life among “other things moving forward.” He didn’t elaborate on what type of book it will be or what those other future works are in the pipeline. But Suge has a lot of faith and praised the highest regards for Cannon’s penmanship.

  • The West Coast icon made it clear that he wasn’t trying to knock Ray J’s business acumen, but that he just wanted to clear up any misinformation floating around. As far as his legacy is concerned, Suge also shot down the notion that his 28-year prison bid was a life sentence, stating that he has much to look forward to when he’s a free man again.

“Everybody enjoy their day. Every day is a blessing...a lot of stuff will be unfolding regarding the push stuff,” he finished as the call ended.
