Fans of the hit CBS TV series, “East New York” are in for some big-time, family drama on the latest episode titled, “In the Bag”.

Brooklyn’s 7-4 precinct is investigating a series of violent home invasions, and unfortunately, the evidence is leaning towards one of their own. Deputy Inspector Regina Haywood (Amanda Warren) has her hands full as usual. She’s worried that Kurt Walsh, a crooked, veteran cop, will possibly make a deal with the ADA by divulging what he knows about her father’s past dealings on the force. Plus, things start to get pretty personal for the otherwise private Detective Crystal Morales (Elizabeth Rodriguez) as she must contend with a situation at her son’s school.

The series expertly tells the stories of officers, from those on foot patrol to trained homicide detectives) of the 74th Precinct in Brooklyn. It offers a glimpse inside the urban landscape of Kings County, the lives of the officers who actually live among those they serve, and the political rollercoaster of city hall politics. The diverse cast also includes veteran actors Jimmy Smits and Ruben Santiago-Hudson.
