Here We Go Again: Tyga Switched Up His ’Do And The Dragging Has Begun
Tyga’s been working hard on the music tip recently. He’s dropped a slew of music videos to start of 2018 including “U Cry,” “King of the Jungle,” and “Temperature,” and in February, released his latest album Kyoto.
But as usually the case with the West Coast rapper, it’s not his music that has social media abuzz. It’s his new look.
Tyga took to Instagram to post a selfie of his fresh hairdo yesterday (April 7), and uh, the reaction he got was probably not what he was expecting.
In the pic, you can see he’s rocking the Jheri curl and with the caption “What's up O.G. Triple O.G... O.G. triple... triple O.G.?” you know he was trying to pull off his best Eazy-E impression.
“Boy looking like George Washington from the hood,” someone wrote in the comments of the flick. “He look like somebody’s aunt,” another person wrote.
Twitter wasn’t much friendlier.
Props to Tyga for attempting something new and embracing his West Coast roots. Can’t fault him for trying.
