Erykah Badu Responds To DJ Akademiks’ Disparaging Remarks in a Perfect Way
Erykah Badu is clapping back at DJ Akademiks after he disparaged her years after she made a joke about him.
The Twitch streamer went on a disrespectful rant about the legendary singer earlier this week while reacting to the news that Tory Lanez was sentenced to a decade in prison for shooting Megan The Stallion in July 2020.
After an Instagram user made a comment suggesting Badu “work your magic” against Akademiks, who was accused of leaking information from the Toronto rapper’s camp during the trial, he called her an “old-ass h*e” who has been “ran through” by several rappers.

Badu’s response on Wednesday (August 9) was very simple as she shared a photo of her Badu P-ssy Incense featuring Jerry the Mouse, who she originally said looked like the DJ, on the front of the box, which at a closer look, shows that the rodent is wearing a gold chain that reads “Livingston,” his first name.
