The rapper was shot in the leg at an after-party in Los Angeles.

Rapper Kodak Black has been released from the hospital after being shot in the leg at an after-party during the NFL’s Super Bowl weekend in Los Angeles.

According to TMZ, the 24-year-old rapper (born Bill Kapri) was seen leaving Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Monday afternoon (Feb. 15). A video also shows him using a walker to help him get around.

BET previously reported that Black was among four people that were caught in the gunfire after a shooting broke out early Saturday morning (Feb. 12) after attending Justin Bieber’s after-party at the celebrity hotspot, the  Nice Guy.

Sources from Black’s camp say that upon leaving the venue in town on business and Super Bowl weekend, a crew member was attacked by an assailant leading Black to defend his friend, TMZ notes. However, once the group started to get physical, sources say that gunshots were heard.

NBC News reports that the other two victims are an unidentified 19 and 60-year old. Another person in attendance sustained minor injuries during the altercation before the gunfire.

The LAPD said in a press release they are searching for a Black male suspect who fled south from the location.

Other celebrities in attendance at the party include Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Lil Baby and Drake.
