Angel Reese May Skip Out On Media Interviews Next Season
Angel Reese may be done with speaking with the media next season. On her podcast “Unapologetically Angel,” the Chicago Sky star shared her anxiety during media sessions and added that she would rather take the fine instead of doing interviews.
“Even before the game, I’m terrified of what the media is about to ask,” Reese told guest Taylor Rooks on the latest episode.“It could be the nicest question, but it’s going to get flipped or put into a different light or a different perspective. When Will Smith arrived for the event at the Lakers facility, James and Davis left the room. Westbrook was told by teammate Patrick Beverley that James and Davis "can do whatever the f--- they want.” But everyone else on the team had to more or less stay in line. James and Davis returned to the room and greeted Smith. James reportedly became interested in Smith's talk, asking several questions, which caused the meeting to go over time.
“I hate that fake s—,” Westbrook later told a teammate, according to Weitzman. “I just can’t do it.” In February 2023, Westbrook was traded to the Jazz, bringing his time with the Lakers to an end. Reportedly, his relationship with James has never been the same.
