Blac Chyna Marks Nearly Three Years of Sobriety with 30-Day Challenge
Blac Chyna (aka Angela White) has opened up about her zero-alcohol journey and the reasoning behind it.
During an interview with TMZ, the reality star told the outlet she had to improve her life.
"I needed to better my life," she told the media outlet.
“Once I got baptized and I started to feel the convictions, because it’s not just you get baptized and then you just live your life — you have to read the Bible. I really started to reflect and see like, 'Okay, I’m not okay, and I’m not healed. Once God, Jesus delivered me … it takes your spirituality to get you all the way through it."
She continued, sharing that her problem was “binge drinking,” something a lot of people don’t recognize is a form of alcoholism.
The 37-year-old will be coming up on three years of sobriety on September 14, 2025 and shared with her followers on Instagram that she’s embarking on a 30-day sober challenge to honor the anniversary.
“2 days away from starting my first 30-Day Sober Challenge, leading up to my 3-year sobriety anniversary on September 14, 2025 (sobriety date: 9/14/22)!” she captioned.
“The challenge runs August 15–September 14. Want to join me? Get all the details at IAmAngelaWhite.com and let’s lift each other up every day.”
