Lil Yachty is having a very good 2023, which continued this week with a performance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”

The Atlanta rapper performed his Let’s Start Here single “WE SAW THE SUN!” accompanied by his all-female touring band, which provided the instrumentals for his “Saturday Night Live” set back in April.

Initially performing in front of a giant LED wall donning a flaming hole in the sky, cameras later began filming the artist with a CGI filter, making it look like he was on fire while singing. Subsequently, the entire stage looked like it was engulfed in flames.

Lil Yachty is on a worldwide tour for his alternative psych rock album, Let's Start Here. He also released his single “The Secret Recipe” with J. Cole and was featured on Drake’s latest album, For All The Dogs, via “Another Late Night.”

BET #OnTheVerge alum October London is also slated to appear on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” this week.
