Tyga and Blac Chyna Go Back and Forth Over Custody Petition For Son

The exes share a 10-year-old son, King Cairo.

Earlier this year, Blac Chyna embarked on a campaign to reinvent her image, and now, along this journey, she wants to have more quality time with her son.

On Friday (August 25), Blac Chyna –whose real name is Angela White– filed a petition to have full custody of her 10-year-old King Cairo, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Tyga, as reported by Complex. In documents obtained by The Blast, she is seeking to “determine parental relationship” against Tyga, along with “joint custody” for the “best interest of the child."

The Blast also reports that this is the first time the parents have filed a legal motion for custody of King Cairo.

But the “Taste” rapper is not ready to relinquish his responsibilities. "10 years later...nah...stick to ur schedule sat-mon," he wrote in the comment section of a post made by The Shade Room regarding Blac Chyna’s demands.

“Lol,” she responded to him.

The petition filed by Blac Chyna also states that she is requesting child support from Tyga to care for their son. "The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party,” the document reads in part.

In March, the mom tweeted her financial status and what she’s had to do in order to make ends meet.

“Yesterday I had to give up 3 of my cars …my reasons… morals, beliefs, being a single mother, no support I’m a MAMA,” she wrote as reported by Page Six.

However, Tyga does not believe he should have to pay child support because his son lives with him most of the week.

"I pay 40k a year for my son school & he lives w me Mon-sat. Why would I pay child support lol," he wrote on Instagram.
