After footage from November 2017 proved that G.O.O.D. Music signee Desiigner can’t hold it when it comes to emergency bathroom situations, he apparently can’t keep it in his pants either amid a public exposure violation.

And according to TMZ, police are giving privacy invasion a whole new meaning because of it.

The site reports that detectives from NYPD are seeking out footage of a video where Desiigner allegedly flashed his manly parts to a motorist who he got into a road rage situation with. Video footage shows Desiigner leaving the backseat of his vehicle and presumably pulling his pants down to expose himself two different times before heading back to his car.

Since the “Panda” rap star could face a lewdness charge, police have allegedly placed a subpoena on footage from private cameras (businesses, street cams, and such) present at the location during the time of the alleged exposure. This is only to find out whether Desiigner actually pulled out his private parts, however, considering that the existing footage from a bystander isn’t proof enough.
