Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle Devon Still was a source of strength for his 4-year-old daughter, Leah, who has been battling cancer.

Well, now the father and daughter have reason to celebrate. Still, who's currently an unrestricted free-agent, took to his Instagram account Tuesday to say that doctors didn't find any trace of pediatric cancer in Leah's body.

"That moment you get the best news you've ever received and don't know what to do so you just flex!!" Still wrote in excitement, accompanied by a photo of himself and his daughter flexing their muscles. "We got Leah's MIBG Scans back tonight and the doctors told us they didn't see any active disease in her body!!!"

Still, little Leah isn't out the woods yet in her battle with a rare pediatric cancer.

"We still have to wait for her MRI and bone biopsy results later this week," Still continued. "But the doctors feel very optimistic about them because of the results from today. So for now we celebrate!! #LeahStrong #PrayersWork #ThankYouEveryOne #ImSoHappyIFeelNumb #BeatCancer."

After being diagnosed with Stage 4 neuroblastoma last June, Leah has undergone surgeries to remove a cancerous tumor from her stomach in addition to stem-cell and chemotherapy treatments. Leah saw her dad play live for the first time last November, attending the Bengals-Cleveland Browns game.
