'Real Housewives Of Potomac' Star's Husband Charged With Sexual Assault After Allegedly Groping Cameraman
Some unexpected Real Housewives of Potomac drama, unrelated to the reality series, has reached the public as one of the cast members' husbands has been accused of sexually assaulting a cameraman.
According to TMZ, Michael Darby, who is married to main cast member Ashley Darby, allegedly grabbed and groped a male crew member on September 1 while filming for the show.
People further reports that, via court record, he has since been charged with felony assault and misdemeanor improper sexual conduct.
Orville Palmer, the alleged sexual assault victim, claims Darby gave him "a flirtatious look" after groping his buttocks. He added that he told the reality star to stop before proceeding to report the incident to his supervisor.
TMZ reports that, as a result of the charges made against him, Darby could face a maximum of 11 years in prison.
The Darbys are yet to comment on the incident and Bravo, RHOP's parent network, has not responded to People's request for comment.
