Megan Thee Stallion went public Saturday with an accusation that Klay Thompson cheated on her. Her fans went public with hex orders.

The 31-year-old rapper confirmed her breakup with the Dallas Mavericks guard via her rep, telling TMZ: "I've made the decision to end my relationship with Klay. Trust, fidelity and respect are non-negotiable for me in a relationship, and when those values are compromised, there's no real path forward. I'm taking this time to prioritize myself and move ahead with peace and clarity."

Hours earlier, on Instagram Stories, Megan had been blunter. "Cheating, had me around your whole family playing house… got 'cold feet,'" she wrote. "Holding you down through all your HORRIBLE mood swings and treatment towards me during your basketball season now you don't know if you can be 'monogamous'????"

Within hours, the Hotties — Megan's notoriously protective fan base — moved from condolences to consequences. According to Complex, and The Blast, a wave of fans on X publicly announced plans to hire Etsy witches and online spell-casters to hex the four-time NBA champion. One viral post read: "On the phone with an Etsy witch @KlayThompson. Keep god in ya life f--k n---a." That post alone has racked up 440,000 views, 42,000 likes, and over 100 comments.

"That ACL will be torn by tomorrow," one reply read. Another user said they had a contact "cooking up the voodoo RIGHT [NOW]." Another wrote: "No, I really need y'all to do this for real because enough is enough. She doesn't hurt anybody!"

Etsy spell shops have, in fact, become a real corner of the internet over the past several years — small businesses listing custom hexes, candle work, and protection rituals at price points ranging from a few dollars to a few hundred. Whether anyone is actually shipping orders against the Mavericks guard is unclear. The vibe, however, is unmistakable: the Hotties are not in the mood for healing space.

Megan and Klay's romance went public in summer 2025 when the four-time NBA champion turned up in the background of one of her poolside thirst traps. They confirmed their relationship in July 2025 and made their red carpet debut at her inaugural Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala in New York on July 16. By February 2026, Megan was telling People she was "overly comfortable" with him and had told E! at the Olympics, "I'm manifesting my engagement too."

In a separate February interview, Megan credited her healing journey for finally finding the right partner. "I think that because finally I started being in a better mind space about myself and my life, and I had already been doing a lot of work to heal me," she said. "I had been going to therapy, I had a bunch of activities that I started doing for myself; maybe God just opened up that space for me to have somebody that loved me right."

Less than three months later, that's not how the story is reading. Per TMZ, Megan was visibly emotional during her Saturday performance in "Moulin Rouge! The Musical" on Broadway, with fans saying her heartbreak was visibly bleeding into the role. Klay's representatives have not publicly responded.
