Two Women Arrested After Snapchat Video Showed Them Encouraging Toddlers To Smoke Marijuana
Two women in North Carolina were arrested on Tuesday after a Snapchat video showed them allegedly encouraging young children to smoke marijuana.
Michaela Pearson (above) and Candice Little are each charged with felony child abuse and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, reported FOX 8.
The arrests were made after Winston-Salem officers received numerous reports of a viral Facebook video showing toddlers being given what appeared to be a cigarettes containing weed.
The children in the video were two years old, three years old and 18 months old, according to arrest warrants.
Following an investigation, Pearson and Little were arrested at 2115 Peters Creek Parkway.
The children were taken to a local hospital where they are being treated.
Pearson and Little are being held on $150,000 secured bonds.
