Grammys 2022: Kanye West May Still Perform at the Award Ceremony

According to the Recording Academy, there's one more announcement to be made before the Apr. 3 live show.

Looks like Kanye West may be able to bring his antics to the big stage and perform at the Grammy Awards this Sunday as the Recording Academy is possibly making one final announcement of performers, according to HitsDailyDouble.

The alleged list contains Ye (aka Kanye West), Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, and Taylor Swift.

We already had a moment last week with Will Smith and Chris Rock so having Swift and Ye in the building could possibly bring us another pop culture moment due to their history.

Other big names set to perform this Sunday include John Legend, Silk Sonic, Lil Nas X, H.E.R., Jack Harlow, and many more.

Now, this ban removal possibly comes as a huge shift for Ye who originally wasn’t invited to attend one of the biggest nights in music due to his “concerning online behaviors.” It was his online spat with this year's host Trevor Noah that raised a few eyebrows, ultimately having the superproducer ousted from making an appearance.

The rapper is up for five nominations this Sunday, including Album Of The Year and Best Rap Album for Donda.

We’ll see if he’s announced this week and if so, we’ll have to watch and see if he can keep his control in Vegas this Sunday.
