Chris Brown Sells Mansion and Condo

"Loyal" singer lets go of more than $2 million worth of property, including three-bedroom house in the Hollywood Hills.

Chris Brown just made two big changes to his living situation. The singer sold his 2,500 square foot, three-bedroom home and a penthouse condo near L.A., TMZ reports.

The Hollywood Hills mansion, which caused trouble between Breezy and his neighbors due to the graffiti artwork he painted on the house, is in escrow for $1.79 million. Brown bought the home for $1.5 million in 2011, but real estate sources say that the 25-year-old isn't likely to make a profit.

He isn't going to pocket extra money on the second property either. Brown sold the West Hollywood condo for $1.6 million, the same price he paid for it in 2011. The unit had been on the market for the last two years.

The real estate shuffle is one of a few adjustments that Brown has made since getting released from jail earlier this month. He reportedly severed ties with all of the bad influences in his life and is abstaining from drugs and alcohol use.

On the professional side of things, the "Loyal" singer is back in the studio working on X, his sixth studio album, which has been on hold due to his legal troubles. Last week, he sent some love to his supporters, tweeting, "To the greatest fans in the world...This was always about you!"

Brown hasn't yet revealed a release date for X.
