Dallas Cowboys Are Really Strict About Their Dress Code

Corey White and Christine Michael were released after not complying with the squad's rules.

The Dallas Cowboys apparently take their road trips seriously.

TMZ Sports is reporting that the team cut cornerback Corey White and running back Christine Michael for not wearing suits on a travel day last week.

White confirmed the news, speaking with TMZ.

"I was wearing slacks and a button down," White said, mentioning that he failed to comply with the team's rules of wearing a suit on travel days. "I'm not angry. It's the rules."

He added that one of the Cowboys' coaches specifically told him that he was being released for violating the team's dress code, saying it was about what he wore.

Although the players were marginal reserves, this move by the Cowboys will certainly have critics pointing a finger at America's Team.

After all, they elected to keep and stand by defensive end Greg Hardy, despite his disturbing domestic violence incident and the photos of his bruised ex-girlfriend surfacing, but dumped two players for not following their dress code.

Make sense?
