Earl Sweatshirt Releases Surprise New Album

Odd Future rapper uploads pre-order for I Don't Like S**t, I Don't Go Outside.

Keeping up the new tradition of getting the music out by any means neccessary, Earl Sweatshirt posted 10 tracks to iTunes under the title I Don't Like S**t, I Don't Go Outside: An Album by Earl Sweatshirt.

The Odd Future rapper preceded the drop with an online explanation as to why the album came without warning. "label got me F**KED up!!!!!!!!," he tweeted in the early morning hours of Tuesday (March 17). "I WOULD LIKE TO PERSONALLY THANK @SonyMusicGlobal 4 F**KING UP THE ROLL OUT PROCESS OF MY S**T. SOMEONE GOTS 2 PAY 4 THEIR MISTAKES ! #SWEAT"

The second tweet mimicked one from TDE CEO/founder Top Dawg, who the day before decried the leak of Kendrick Lamar's To Pimp a Butterfly with nearly the exact same words. The tweet was later removed, as was Kendrick's album, at least for a few hours until it was restored. The collection now remains available for download.

Earl's album, his third following 2013's Doris and his self-titled debut released in 2010, is now slated to drop in full the same day Kendrick's was expected, March 23. "ITS TRASH TO HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S ERRORS, I AM F**KING HOT," he continued.

One track is cleared for purchase now, a song called "Grief." The remaining includes features from Vince Staples and artists named Na'kei, Wiki and Dash.
