5 Signs the New Beyoncé Album Is Literally Just Around the Corner

The BeyHive was born ready.

While it’s no surprise that the BeyHive was born ready in regards to anticipating Beyoncé’s next release, more and more evidence has been surfacing lately that the album could be arriving “literally any day now.”

While rumors surrounding this highly-anticipated release are as common as drinking coffee in the morning, here are five signs we believe that her sixth studio album is well on its way into our daily soundtracks.

First of all, last night (March 23) her iTunes page was reportedly down. Even if just for an hour, the BeyHive caught it. While no official reasoning has been offered to explain why her page wasn’t working, it must mean new music was low-key being added, right?! Remember, not much gets past the BeyHive.

Second, 13 unlisted videos are now being accounted for by way of her official VEVO channel. There are 130 clips total, but only 117 of those are clips that fans can actually watch. So the remaining mysterious videos likely are space holders for her new music. Naturally.

Third, according to all sorts of sources, April is as close as we have to a formal time for release. It only makes sense, considering she kicks off her world “Formation” tour at the end of the month. Eyes are on April 4 for a release date, since that date marks her wedding anniversary with Jay Z. That’s basically almost next week, guys.

Additionally, the BeyHive is speculating that a mini film will accompany the album, and that’s very much in line with something the singer would put together as part of a surprise for fans.

Fourth, the world has had enough time to “recover” from her surprise single “Formation” and her now-legendary Super Bowl 50 halftime performance alongside Coldplay and Bruno Mars, so it only makes sense for Bey to drop her album now that the dust has settled.

In conclusion, the last sign that Beyoncé may be dropping her sixth album very, vey soon is because we are willing it into existence. Thoughts become things, y’all. is your No. 1 source for Black celebrity news, photos, exclusive videos and all the latest in the world of hip hop and R&B music.
