Danity Kane may have broken up, but that hasn't stopped the ball from rolling. Two of the former members, Shannon Bex and Aubrey O'Day, have announced that their album DK3 will be released Oct. 27, despite their disbanding.
Bex and O'Day made the official announcement via Instagram, stating that the group's third studio album is ready to hit shelves soon. No mention was made, however, of third member Dawn Richard, who left the group on bad terms.
"What's up DK fans? I just want to let you know that I love you and miss you so much and because you guys never gave up on us, Shannon and I haven't given up on you," O'Day said in the video.
In addition to the album release announcement, snippets from the LP have also been made available for fans to preview. While Bex and O'Day have shared their words, Richard has yet to comment on the the 10-song project.
DK3 is currently available for pre-order on iTunes.
