People Are Demanding For This Trooper To Be Fired After Video Shows Him Allegedly Groping A Woman
A dashcam video of a traffic stop in Tennessee was released when a woman filed a lawsuit against the trooper for allegedly groping her and pulling her over again three hours later.
In the $100,000 suit filed by Patricia Wilson several weeks ago, she alleged Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper Isaiah Lloyd pulled her over for not wearing a seat belt in August last year. In the suit, Wilson claimed Lloyd asked her to get out of her car, lift up her camisole and shirt, and then he felt around her waist. Wilson said Lloyd then put his hands in her underwear and touched her pubic area and buttocks, CBS Knoxville affiliate WVLT reports.
During the stop, Lloyd asked Wilson if she took any prescription drugs, KnoxNews.com reported.
Wilson said she takes Ambien every other night and Lloyd told her that it was a “narcotic,” even though Ambien is not considered a narcotic under U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration guidelines.
“I don’t take any narcotics,” she reportedly said. Lloyd responded, “It is a narcotic.”

Lloyd ticketed Wilson for not wearing a seat belt, then three hours later, Lloyd pulled her over again. This time, Wilson's children, ages 3 and 8, were in the vehicle.
"We have to stop meeting like this," Lloyd allegedly said after pulling her over for tinted windows. Wilson did not give her a ticket during the second stop.
A district attorney's office in Tennessee released a statement that said Lloyd’s actions were "inconsistent with his training."
"Our review of this matter revealed that Trooper Lloyd's actions were inconsistent with his training and Tennessee Department of Safety General Orders," said a release from the Office of the Eighth Judicial District Attorney General's office.
Col. Tracy Trott of the Tennessee Highway Patrol issued a statement that said Lloyd “conducted this traffic stop in a professional manner in an effort to protect the motoring public.”
Although no charges were filed against Lloyd, people are demanding he be fired
