According to TMZ, sources connected to Chyna explained that she's "definitely not pregnant right now," but "that could change."

The site further reported that they learned she does want more children in the future and "isn't ruling anything out with YBN."

She already has two kids from her two previous relationships — King Cairo with Tyga, and Dream with Rob Kardashian.
