A man ran his car over his own 2-year-old daughter at rapper Lil Boosie’s home on Christmas Eve.

According to Livesteez.com, the girl, who was one of four children, was visiting Boosie’s home as a guest of one of the regular gatherings Boosie hosts at his home for children in his Pompey, La. neighborhood. 

Following the party, the victim’s father arrived to pick up her and her siblings and thought he had all of them in the car when he shifted into reverse and crushed his daughter while backing out of the driveway.  She died of her injuries at a local hospital an hour later.

There has been speculation that Boosie himself was the alleged father and the child his daughter but according to AllHipHop.com authorities are withholding the name of both the driver and victim.

No criminal charges are being filed.
