Ring in the new year with B-Rocka. R&B star Brandy has been named as one of the performers for Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve special. Hosted by Ryan Seacrest on the East coast, the ABC New Year's Eve countdown will be headlined by Taylor Swift, Carly Rae Jepsen and Neon Trees live in Time Square. However, Fergie of Black Eyed Peas will host the West coast party, which will feature high-energy performances by Brandy, Pitbull and Flo Rida.

The event will follow a two-hour tribute to late broadcasting veteran Dick Clark, which will feature clips and remembrances in addition to an appearance by Seacrest. Clark passed away in April after suffering a heart attack following a medical procedure.

While the tribute begins at 8 p.m. EST, New Year's Rockin' Eve officially kicks off at 10 p.m. EST. Additional performers for the East and West coast parties will be announced in the coming weeks.
