Last year, in August of 2015, Game was sued for $10 million.

The lawsuit was filed by Priscilla Rainey, who claimed that the rapper sexually assaulted her while they were filming an episode of his VH1 reality show She Got Game.

Earlier this year, back in February, it was reported that the Game lost the suit because he failed to respond to the case. However, according to TMZ, the lawsuit isn't a closed case just yet.

As reported, The Game's legal team has filed documents to address Rainey's sexual past, calling for her alleged history as a prostitute to be admissible in court. 

While Rainey feels as though the rapper's attempt is to just to victim shame, his legal team is arguing that it presents a reflection on her credibility. He also reportedly wants the court to know that she once spent time in a mental institution and was previously arrested for theft.
