Rihanna Ticket Sales Are Below Expectations

Report: Rihanna Ticket Sales Are Below Expectations

New York Post reports that Rihanna may have to cancel upcoming US performance dates if ticket sales for her Loud tour do not improve.

In 2010 RiRi had to squash dates in Phoenix, Dallas, Atlanta, Denver becauce of low ticket sales, and sales for this year's tour have been a "big disappointment" as well, sources say.

Only 3,700 tickets have been sold for the "Rude Boy" singer's T.D. Garden concert in Boston and at least 15,000 are needed just to break even, the report says. Currently, Boston is the last stop on the tour. Tickets have been on sale for just over a month.

In February, Rihanna tapped Cee Lo Green to open as a special guest on the tour. Upcoming dates include Baltimore, Los Angeles, Dallas and Philadelphia.
