According to Dirt, the 32-year-old actress made a $1.45 million off-market deal to acquire the “boho-chic retreat” that served as a cider mill in the late 1700s. The 2,600 square feet space was later converted to a charming residence with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Other highlights of the barn-like home include polished wood floors, an up-to-date gourmet kitchen, a double-height great room with a monumental fireplace, a spa-style bathroom with a copper soaking tub, and a babbling brook.
