See Rihanna Rock Outrageous YSL Boots That Aren't Even For Sale Yet

Phresh out da runway!

When it comes to fashion, oftentimes the past is a major source of inspiration for the present. The industry's penchant for nostalgia runs deep — and presently, its focus is turned to the wild years that were the 2000s.

But of course, different labels may interpret the past in various ways. For Saint Laurent, designer Anthony Vaccarello has taken a rather fluffy approach — and we mean this in the literal sense. At last week's YSL presentation in Paris, he put boots with the fur on the damn runway!

Rihanna, being literally every single person's favorite muse, is afforded the opportunity to rock Vaccarello's designs before they're available to us plebs — not like we could afford them anyway, though!

Yesterday, the "Phresh Out The Runway" singer wore these boots, well...fresh off the runway. Though "Low" by Flo Rida first hit radios in 2008, Vaccarello re-contextualized the infamous aforementioned boots with fur sans Apple Bottom Jeans.

Like most of RiRi's fuego 'fits, it's kinda hard to imagine anyone else being able to successfully pull off this lewk and a half. But in the event that you are up for the task, take a cue from the bad gal herself.

Rih kept the color palatte minimal with neutral tones, allowing the boots to carry the outfit and ensuring that the boots weren't competing with any other element for attention. She paired it with a black mock-neck dress from Virgil Abloh's Off-White label. To pull it together, she wore an oversize #Navy jacket. With natural makeup, she was able to keep the outrageousness of the look in check while still looking stunning.

This isn't the first time RiRi has rocked YSL boots fresh off the runway, though. Last season, she got her hands on the much-hyped, waitlisted $10,000 boots that every fashion girl drooled over — and she got them the day of the presentation.

That Rihanna reign just won't let up!
