Watch Cam'ron Finally Admit He Jacked the Beat to 'Oh Boy'

It was all Juelz's fault.

Cam’ron has stories for days and if you’re a Killa fan you’ve been waiting for the day Nardwuar does an interview with him.

Well today (June 3) was the day the interview officially came out. Admittedly, it wasn’t as good as it could be, as Cam looked visibly tired after presumably getting off stage at a recent show. He did confirm one long-rumored tale however.

It had been previously revealed by fellow Dipset member Juelz Santana himself that he had stolen the “Oh Boy” beat from Just Blaze after the producer told the pair they couldn’t have it. Cam is now admitting that he played a role in the heist as well during his 17-minute back-and-forth with Nardwuar, aka the "Human Serviette."

“We stole the beat from Just Blaze. We took it,” he explained. “He didn’t want to give it to us. Juelz just convinced me to take the sh*t from him. It was a CD in the studio and it was Just Blaze on there and the n***a Just was like, ‘Don’t take my beats.’ And we’s like, ‘We gonna take your beat.’ And we took it and put it on the radio and it was hot. Just was really actually mad about that we did that. That’s my man now though, but he was really mad about that sh*t.”

In all fairness, everything seemed to work out as “Oh Boy” was nominated for a Grammy. Also during the interview, Cam’ron discussed a lot of his Harlem influences and called Kool G Rap and DJ Polo’s "Road to the Riches" one of his top three favorite songs of all-time.
