With its biggest turnout to date, the 12th Annual Harlem Holiday Toy Drive, presented by Cash App in partnership with Tidal and the Gap, was once again a huge success.
With burrough native volunteers A$AP Ferg, Dave East, and Dapper Dan on hand to help, thousands of toy and coat donations were collected on behalf of The Boys and Girls Club of Harlem and the Dunlevy Milbank Community Center.
DJ Webstar’s successful community give-back began this past Sunday (December 18) inside Room 112 Lounge where guests enjoyed music and a custom catered menu by Lighthouse Fish Market.
Other special attendees included actor/comedian Mr. Commodore, Love & Hip-Hop star Chrissy Monroe, artist K Goddess, R&B singer Tylan, Tidal Senior Vice President Jason Kpana, Cash App Community Impact Strategist Gary Johnson, and more.
Dapper Dan also presented DJ Webstar with a Certificate of Recognition from the City of New York and Mayor Eric Adams for 20 years of Service for uplifting both the youth and seniors in his community.
A day later, Webstar and Ferg met up at the Millbank Center to deliver the new coats and toy donations from the drive and to help build the custom bikes donated by the A$AP Mob rapper for local children.
DJ Webstar has and will continue distributing the donations collected to needy families in Harlem this week, according to a press release.
