  • KAREN

"Your daughter won't be the only one that left here in a body bag!"

  • If there is one thing we learned on the latest episode of Sistas, is that Karen's mother is not one to be messed with. After Fawn's mother shows up to Karen's hair salon, seemingly equipped and ready to avenge her late daughter's death, it turns out that the gun is... a fake. However, that doesn't stop Karen's mother from getting mad, for real. She threatens Aaron's former mother-in-law to leave Karen alone, boasting that she was an ex-marine, while returning the grieving mother's threats back to her, tenfold. She warns Fawn's mom: "If any of your clan comes in here to mess with my daughter, your daughter won't be the only one that left here in a body bag!"

In the end, Fawn's mother leaves the shop, and Aaron shows up shortly afterwards, to apologize to Karen for engulfing her in his drama.

  • SABRINA

    Charles Bergmann/BET/Tyler Vision

    "Come here, h*e!"

  • While Sabrina is aiding a grieving Calvin, she finds herself in an uncomfortable position. Calvin quickly gets drunk at Sabrina's home, and begins to refer to her as a "b*tch," and a "h*e,"  while being aggressive towards her. Turns out that Calvin's erratic behavior is actually an attempt to mirror toxic masculinity, and mimic the type of man that he claims Sabrina wants. Although he never hits her, Calvin does get too close for comfort, forcing Sabrina to get up from her couch, and place some distance between them.

Left alone on the floor by the sofa, Calvin proceeds to tell a traumatizing story from his childhood. He tells Sabrina that when his adoptive fathers located some of Calvin's biological family, they encouraged him to hang out with them. Turns out that Calvin's uncle was homophobic, and forced a then nine-year-old Calvin to have intercourse with an older hooker, while watching and cheering him on. Calvin then proceeds to pass out, to which Sabrina whispers "It happened to me too," and helps him to her bed for rest.

  • ANDI + GARY + JASMINE

    Charles Bergmann/BET/Tyler Vision

"Didn't your mama die in a house fire when you were a kid?"

  • Just when Andi and Gary appear to be a step closer to making their relationship official, things take another turn for the worse. After leaving Andi's apartment, Gary goes out, only to find that his car has been trashed and vandalized in the parking lot. Jasmine walks up behind Gary, and proceeds to curse him out, while boasting about her marital affair with Morris, which she reveals has been an ongoing during her marriage to Gary.

Gary brushes Jasmine off, saying "I don't care," and avoids any attempts made by Jasmine to provoke a reaction. However, as he is walking away, Jasmine triggers Gary by bringing up a horrific memory of his late-mother's death. When he turns around, he finds Jasmine dumping the remains from his mother's urn into the open gas cap of  Gary's car. When Gary attempts to stop her, Jasmine proceeds to beat him with a baseball bat, and the battle ends with Gary accidentally throwing Jasmine off the top level of the parking lot!

  • DANNI

    Charles Bergmann/BET/Tyler Vision

"She's ready to have a baby."

  • While we don't see them too much on this episode, Sistas' favorite frenemies, Danni and Zac, have a pow wow on Danni's couch. After exchanging a row of words, Danni and Zac begin to analyze Zac and Karen's relationship. Danni tells Zac that Karen is ready to have a baby, to which Zac reveals that he already knew that. However, he tells her that he and Karen are officially over, to which Danni says, "I know."

Could this really be the end of our favorite on-again, off-again couple?
