Meet Meek Mill's Smoking Hot New Girlfriend

The model is already traveling the world with the rapper.

Meek Mill has officially moved on from ex-flame Nicki Minaj after the rapper took to social media to show the world his new girl, Nessa Colombiana.

While not much is known about Meek's new boo, TMZ reported that the two have been together for about a month, and Nessa joined Meek for his birthday party several weeks ago.

Based on Meek's recent social media posts, it's clear the two are getting along just fine.
