Weezy Forever: Twitter Is Going Down Lil Wayne Memory Lane

His fans aren't letting anyone criticize him today.

Lil Wayne took to Twitter several times earlier this morning that sent his fans into a panic.

Hinting that he was retiring, the rapper shared that he is “dun,” and is leaving the rap game “gracefully.” He later followed up with a bit of a reassuring message to frenzied fans concerned about him, saying, “I’m good y’all, don’t trip.”

So what’s going on, Weezy?!

While things remain on the cryptic side in regards to if the legendary rapper will be retiring or not, one thing is clear: his fans are not standing for any harsh words against him. 

While news of his possible retirement trends online, today became an unofficial day to remember and honor some highlights from throughout the rapper’s two-decade long career, with his diehard supporters passionately tweeting reminders of why he’s the GOAT.
