Kanye West Takes the High Road, Sends Love to Kid Cudi

This almost makes up for Drake doing the opposite.

While Kid Cudi is currently taking some personal time to focus on his mental health, Drake's mentions on Twitter are continuing to heat up after dissing the "man on the moon" on his new track, "2 Birds, 1 Stone."

While Drizzy had hoped that Kanye West would have his back after premiering the new diss track over the weekend, considering Kid Cudi had previously singled out both of them during a rant expressing his grievances against the music industry, Ye has decided to instead take the high road.

During last night's stop on West's Saint Pablo Tour  (October 25), the rapper decided to take a moment to positively address Kid Cudi, which wasn't exactly how Drake was eagerly anticipating his "bro Pablo" would react.

West performed his track "Waves," which features additional vocals from Cudi, and then he moved into the hook for "Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1," asking for fans to help sing Cudi's part.

"Let's sing this one time for Cudi," Ye addressed the Los Angeles crowd. "So Cudi, he's in rehab right now, but he got a No. 1 song on the radio, and I want you to sing so he can hear it."

Judging from Cudi's lengthy Twitter rant back in September, the two frequent collaborators were seemingly not on the best terms during the weeks prior to his entering rehab, with Drake not doing much to better the situation later on. Hopefully West's latest dedication and act of kindness is a sign of a possible reconciliation between him and Cudi.

Take a look at Kanye West genuinely showing love to Kid Cudi in the footage below.
