Kendrick Lamar took to Instagram earlier today (April 22) to show off his mom's reaction to his new albumDAMN., and the whirlwind of success her son is experiencing at this stage in his career.

Naturally, the emoji-filled text is exactly the kind of message we'd imagine his mother, Paula Oliver, would send.

Taking to Instagram, Kung Fu Kenny shared a screenshot of the candid exchange, captioning his post with three skull emojis.

"OMG. This CD is the bombbbb!," Oliver wrote to her son. "You should of put me and your daddy on this one too. j/k. This your best one to me, no bulls**t. Your daddy said u look stressed out on the cover lol," continuing that she explained to Lamar's father, "...that's the point, we always stressing him out. Since a lil boy you been a over thinker though."

She then continues on, sprinkling her personality into the text along with multiple emojis, a tech-savvy move that impressed her son.

"You going emoji brazy," he responded. "Who taught you [100 emoji]? Lol."

The text also explains that she missed her son's recent Coachella performance, adding that she loves her son's fans so much.

"I missed the Coachella stream..." Oliver concluded her lengthy text. "They say you was floating in the air??!!! Your fans are some die hards. I love them."

This text definitely was worth sharing with his fans, and is exactly the kind of support we absolutely love to see from rappers and their parents.
